I am beyond proud to have been shortlisted to represent Welsh Labour for the 2026 Senedd Elections in the seat of Gwynedd Maldwyn.
I have long campaigned with Welsh Labour for social justice, rural prosperity and to make life easier for the people in the community I call home. I am asking for your support, as a Welsh Labour member, to top our list for next year.
I am a local lad, raised on an estate in Welshpool by a single mother. I currently work side by side with MP Steve Witherden as his Senior Caseworker, addressing constituent concerns from planning to policing, from housing to healthcare. Prior to this, I worked in finance, beginning during the pandemic helping vulnerable people return to financial stability.
I am currently the Chair of Carreghofa Community Council, Community Governor of Ysgol Carreghofa, CLP Secretary for Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr and was a key part of the General Election team who got the first Labour MP elected in Montgomeryshire in its history.
I live in a small village, and I know how hard we have it in rural Wales. I am determined to work tirelessly to reverse rural deprivation, improve transport and connectivity and ensure our communities are heard in Cardiff.
Welsh Labour has given Wales so much, and in this campaign, we must remind voters to protect what they love about Wales. However, without forward-thinking, ambitious, and progressive candidates, we risk losing our home to Reform UK.
This is my home, and I hope you will lend me your vote so we can fight together for a dynamic, progressive, and red Wales.
